Tyne and Esk Writers champions creative writing in Mid and East Lothian. This anthology has been produced with the help of a grant from Tesco, which inspired the theme of ‘Food’. This is reflected in the variety of the stories and poems plus non-fiction pieces included here – ‘Food for Thought’.
